MyChem LLC, a San Diego based company, we are specialized in making ultra-pure nucleotides, including natural nucleotides, modified nucleotides and dye labeled nucleotides. We understand your needs of high purity nucleotides for next-gen sequencing applications. Our nucleotides are made synthetically; they are free of cross- base contaminations, free of any enzyme activities.

Founded in March 2007, we have built-up our lab with two intentions: A) to be able to produce modified triphosphate & phosphoramidite at multi-kg scale per year. B) to be able to synthesize the modified nucleosides (from making base and coupling it to sugar) at multi-kg scale. Today, we can do both with great quality and competitive price.
